There is an enthusiastic neighbor in my family who has a good relationship with my family. Some time ago, the neighbor went back to see his relatives in his home country. When he came back, he brought a lot of fresh corn grown by his relatives and gave me a lot of it. "

Ingredients

Pan-fried Tortillas

1. Wash the fresh corn cobs and peel off the corn seeds, and put the washed corn seeds in the food processor to make a paste. Because the sweetness of the native corn in my hometown is very simple, I added a little sugar to taste and adjust it to a paste for later use.

Tips:

Frying with pure corn paste like me tastes good, but it may not be very good for frying in a sticky pan. You can put some flour together to make it easier to fry, but I personally feel that the taste is not as good as pure corn paste.
