Pan Version of Small Biscuits

Prepare all the ingredients.

Separate the egg white and the yolk.
3.
Break up the egg yolks and set aside.
4.
Add two drops of white vinegar to the egg yolk.

Beat the egg whites with an electric whisk to make small bubbles, and add the sugar in three portions.

The whisk can be lifted with small sharp corners.

Take one third of the egg white and put it in the egg yolk, stir evenly.
8.
Put all the remaining egg whites into the egg yolks and stir evenly.
9.
Dry in low powder.
10.
Stir evenly.

Put it in a piping bag.
12.
Brush the pan with oil and squeeze into the batter as shown in the picture.
13.
Turn it over and fry until cooked.
14.
After letting cool, put it in a glass jar and seal the finished product.
