2.
Mix water and cocoa powder together at this time
3.
The bread machine is finished mixing, this is the drawing situation after the 6d bread machine kneaded
4.
Take out the dough, divide 1/3 of the dough into the mixed cocoa powder
5.
Knead the cocoa powder and dough well
6.
Separate the two colors of dough with oil paper and put them into the bread machine for basic fermentation. Use the bread machine fermentation menu and set the time to 30 minutes.
7.
Fermentation is complete in 30 minutes
8.
I made two little bears. First, I took out the dough. The white dough was divided into two 50 grams to make panda heads. Divide the remaining dough into two equal parts to make the panda's body. The cocoa-flavored dough is divided into four equal parts, and two of them are divided into four smaller parts to make two panda legs. The other two parts are divided into 6 grams each to make the two ears of the panda, and the remaining parts are divided into two parts into four parts to make the arms of the panda. After the parts are divided, they are rounded and relaxed for 5 minutes. (The specific results can be compared with me. Take a look at the pictures.)
9.
After the dough is loosened, let's put the shape of the bear, first put the head, then the body, don't put it too tight, because the second dough will grow up. Then came the cocoa-flavored dough on the panda's arms and legs. Because plastic surgery is relatively simple, (just roll the dough to lengthen it), so I didn't take pictures. Finally, the ears of pandas. The ears need to be divided again, each small dough is divided into two, this is the final shape
10.
Put it in the oven for the second fermentation, set the time to 25 minutes. After fermentation, take out the egg-shabu liquid (the egg liquid is half an egg yolk and a teaspoon of water)
11.
Set the oven to 170 degrees, put the bread in for baking after 5 minutes of preheating, for 20 minutes, and cover the tin foil with satisfactory color in the middle
12.
After baking, take it out and let it cool on the drying net.
13.
After the bread cools, use melted dark chocolate to draw the eyes, nose, mouth, hands and feet of the panda (the dark chocolate is melted in the hot water in a piping bag)
