Panda Buns
1.
Prepare materials. (You can also put fillings in the panda bread, there is nothing in the house, so just leave it out)
2.
Take 150g flour, add appropriate amount of white sugar, melted yeast powder and appropriate amount of water and stir
3.
Take 50g of flour, 50g of sesame powder, the melted yeast powder and white sugar, and stir
4.
Knead them separately into non-sticky balls
5.
Put water in the pot and boil it to warm water (about 45 degrees), put the dough in the pot, cover with a damp cloth, and finally, cover the pot and wait for fermentation
6.
Fermented to be twice as big, it's almost the same
7.
The fermented dough should be kneaded and exhausted. Then, take the white dough and shape it into a circle to form the face of the panda; take the black dough to make two ears, two eyes, and a nose (the ears and eyes are slightly flattened, and the nose should be rounded)
8.
After everything is done, steam in a steamer for 30 minutes
9.
The appearance after being steamed (I am a bit cute myself, the light in this photo is relatively correct, and the color of the steamed bun is also very positive)
Tips:
1. When fermenting, be sure to cover with a damp cloth, otherwise the outer skin will be easy to dry and crack
2. The degree of fermentation of black dough should be lower than that of white dough, otherwise after steaming, the ears, eyes and nose will be unsightly.
