Panda Cookies
1.
Prepare all the ingredients, soften the butter, beat the eggs, and sift the low powder. If you like sweet, you can add more than ten or twenty grams of sugar. I eat it for a baby, so I will eat less. Cocoa powder actually depends on the color of the dough when it arrives. If the color is light, add more, if the color is enough, you can add less!
2.
Beat the sugar into the softened butter and mix well. Then add the beaten eggs to the butter three to four times and beat them. Remember to wait for the butter to fully absorb the oil and add the eggs every time, until all the eggs are added and the butter color becomes faint (I wanted to use chopsticks to beat it, but I was really tired and I had to use an egg beater. It really saves a lot of effort)
3.
Mix the baking powder with the low powder, sieve and pour it into the butter basin, then knead it into a dough and weigh it. Then divide into two doughs of 300 grams and 325 grams. Finally, add cocoa powder to the 325 grams of dough. After adding the cocoa powder, it is about 340 grams.
4.
Spread the plastic wrap on the black and white dough and roll them out with a rolling pin. You can control the thickness by yourself. Choose the abrasive tool you like and press the model on the dough. It is best to press proportionally (black body + white head + white body). Remember to remove the eye holes on the head. Then put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 20 minutes, then take it out and assemble it
5.
Heat the oven at 150 degrees, up and down, preheat for 1 minute, then put the biscuits in the middle layer for 20 minutes. The temperature of the oven is adjusted according to your own oven habits. The temperature of my oven is relatively high, and I also like to bake at a lower temperature, so that I can adjust the time, otherwise it will be burnt.
Tips:
1. The proportion of the black and white dough is not fixed, because it has a lot to do with the thickness of the biscuits you make later. I usually think that the black dough is very thin and the white is thick, so the black and white dough is almost a ratio of 1:1 Divided dough
2. Step 4 First use a full-body abrasive tool to press the model in the black dough as the black body of the panda, then use the white circle + the model with eyes and mouth to press the model in the white dough as the panda's head, and finally find the panda's half-round belly or The triangle shorts abrasive tool presses the model in the white dough as a panda's bellyband or short shorts
3. In step 4, if you can tear off the excess dough outside the model, tear it off, so that it can be baked directly after putting it in the refrigerator and freezing it. Because there is more butter in the formula, if you don’t tear off the excess dough and take it out of the refrigerator, the model will start to soften before half of it. You can only put it in the refrigerator, otherwise the panda’s face or panda’s face will become soft when you assemble it. The bellyband will be deformed, which will affect the quantity and appearance of each plate.
