Tremella itself tastes no taste, but I have always liked all the deliciousness of white fungus as an ingredient. Cold salad, side dishes, stuffing, soup, etc.
Although I often change the style of eating white fungus, I still use white fungus to cook soup most often. The family likes the white fungus soup with different ingredients. Such as: lotus seeds, red dates, longans, sweet potatoes, purple sweet potatoes, Sydney, apples, mung beans, etc., whichever one, the family will eat with relish. The same goes for this papaya and white fungus soup.

1. Wash the white fungus and soak it in cold water
