Papaya and Tremella Soup

Soak the white fungus for fifteen minutes and then wash it under the small picture cut with scissors. This one has not been cut yet.

Then clean it and soak it in pure water for half an hour, then turn on the pressure cooker and boil it for an hour. I just use an ordinary pressure cooker.

Peel the papaya and cut into chunks, then wash the red dates and goji berries, put the rock sugar into the pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes. Wait for delicious cooked

Just turn on the pressure cooker and put it in the evening. Super simple
Tips:
If you have time, you can cool it down after pressing it in the pressure cooker for another one hour, and then press it for another half an hour. Tremella will taste better in this way.
