Papaya and Tremella Soup

Soak the white fungus overnight in advance and wash; wash the red dates; add 2000ml of water to the soup pot, add the white fungus, red dates and rock sugar to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer;

Peel the papaya and cut into small pieces, wash with lily;

Cook until the white fungus is sticky, add papaya and lily and cook for 3-5 minutes;

Papaya lily should not be boiled for too long, because it will affect the taste and destroy the nutrients in it.
