Papaya Crucian Carp Soup

Ingredients: papaya and fresh crucian carp
Accessories: cooking wine, salt, ginger, chicken essence, wolfberry, green onion, cooked vegetable oil

Slice ginger, wash with green onion and cut into small sections, wash with wolfberry bubbles, wash the carp, marinate with salt, cooking wine, and ginger slices for 30 minutes

Tips:
Boil the crucian carp on a small fire so that the crucian is not easy to break and the soup has a strong flavor
Papaya is easy to ripen, it can’t be boiled for too long, or it won’t take shape
