Papaya Jelly

A fresh papaya

Cut off the small head, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, and reserve the papaya

QQ sugar in a bowl and 50g water

Put it in the microwave for 1 minute, completely melted

Put it in 100g of water and boil

Cool down the melted sugar water in cold water

When it cools down completely, pour it into the papaya

Cover the cut part, fix it with a toothpick, and put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours

Take out the solidified jelly papaya

Cut the jelly into shape, but some are not flexible enough, and then increase the amount of 10g QQ sugar

The amount of QQ sugar is larger, and gelatine tablets are also available.
