Papaya Jelly
1.
Soak the agar in cold water for 10 minutes
2.
Quickly expanded
3.
Cut the papaya to dig out the seeds, and then dig out the pulp, you can leave a little bit to make the pulp jelly
4.
Put the fruit in the cooking machine
5.
Mashed papaya
6.
Boil the water in the pot, add the soaked agar and stir until all the agar is dissolved
7.
Add appropriate amount of sugar, stir evenly and turn off the heat (of course, rock sugar is better)
8.
Pour the pureed papaya into the mixture
9.
Stir well
10.
Pour into any mold, cool and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, and it will be jelly. (I forgot to take the photo of the small flower silicone mold, put it in the cup and bowl, just use a knife to draw a circle on the side to easily demold)
