Papaya, Lotus Seed and White Fungus in Clay Pot

1. Wash the lotus seeds and soak for 2 hours. Add a bowl of water and simmer for 15 minutes in a pressure cooker.

2. Wash the papaya, peel and remove the seeds.

3. Cut into large pieces for later use.

4. Put the white fungus into the boiled lotus seeds and turn to a low heat for 10 minutes.

5. Pour the lotus seeds and white fungus into the milk pot, add papaya (the pressure cooker is too big).

6. Add rock sugar, cook until the rock sugar melts, turn off the heat.

7. Pour the milk directly into the pot and mix gently to eat (the milk should not be boiled for a long time, it will destroy the nutrition).

8. ok!
