Papaya Pastry Pie
1.
Cut the papaya into small cubes, add sugar and mix well, the papaya filling is ready
2.
Take three pie crusts and stack them together to thaw at room temperature; roll out the thawed pie crust and control the thickness by yourself. I rolled it to the thickness of a pie crust.
3.
Use a knife to cut away the irregularities on the four sides of the pie crust, and then cut the pie crust into 9 squares
4.
Put the papaya chunks in the middle of the crust; coat both sides of the square crust with egg liquid
5.
Fold the pie crust diagonally in half; use a small fork to press on the joint to make a mark
6.
Use a brush to apply a layer of egg liquid on it; pierce a few small eyes with a toothpick
7.
Arrange in a baking tray with tin foil, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle layer, and color in about 15 minutes
