Papaya Pork Dumplings
1.
Wash the papaya, peel and remove the seeds and chop into small pieces.
2.
Add the chopped meat, then add some salt, oyster sauce, and chopped green onion and stir well.
3.
Prepare the dumpling wrappers and wrap the stuffing in. (I bought ready-made dumpling wrappers)
4.
Finally, boil the pot of water, boil the water and steam for ten minutes!
Tips:
Choose ripe papaya and cut it well. The papaya is sweet so there is little salt to avoid the salty taste occupying the papaya taste. Pour some cooking oil on the plate before wrapping and serving to avoid dumplings sticking to the plate. The dumplings should be sprinkled with water and then steamed. The skin will not be hard. After steaming, move all the dumplings or turn over immediately. The bottom of the dumplings will stick when the plate is cold
