Papaya Pork Ribs Soup
1.
Rinse the purchased spare ribs in blanching water, add ginger slices to a boil over high heat, add appropriate amount of salt, add green onion rolls, turn to low heat and simmer.
2.
I bought the papaya, pitted it, and cut it for later use. Here I bought a cut papaya, eaten half of it raw, and leave half for soup.
3.
After simmering and simmering for 2 to 3 hours, the ribs soup has a strong flavor (the water level drops by about 4 cm when the water is originally filled), add papaya, add a little chicken essence to make it fresh, and then turn on high heat. Simmer for about fifteen minutes.
4.
Turn off the heat and serve in a bowl and taste it. It is light and delicious, not greasy.
Tips:
The papaya is light and sweet when eaten raw, and the sweetness of the soup is weak, but there is a light aroma of ribs in the entrance, which also has a special flavor!
