Papaya Pork Ribs Soup

Wash and cut ribs, sliced ginger

Peel and seed papaya and cut into pieces

Add water to the soup pot, add the salad oil, ribs, and ginger to a boil. After skimming the foam, cook for 10 minutes

Add papaya and red dates, add some salt and chicken essence after the water is boiled, and cook until the papaya is ripe.
Tips:
Just cook the papaya to the point where it can be cut with a spoon
