Papaya, Tremella, Lotus Seed and Lily Soup
1.
Soak the white fungus in advance, wash, and tear into small flowers
2.
Soak lotus seeds and lilies in advance
3.
Pour the lotus seeds, white fungus, and lily into the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, and cook for about 40 minutes. The time depends on the softness of the white fungus. My white fungus is easier to produce gum.
4.
When the pressure cooker decompresses, peel the papaya, remove the seeds and cut into pieces
5.
Put the papaya in the pot, add an appropriate amount of sugar, and cook for 5-10 minutes.
6.
It's edible out of the pan.
Tips:
Tremella must be cooked first, not with papaya. Tremella is more difficult to produce gum, so cook it longer.
