Papaya, Tremella, Red Date Soup

One papaya, peeled and removed, cut into hob pieces, choose ripe papaya, cut slightly larger pieces, and set aside.

Soak the white fungus one night in advance, remove the yellow roots, wash it, tear it into small pieces, and set aside.

Tips:
1. Papaya can be blanched with a little salt before putting it in the saucepan to get rid of the bitterness and astringency.
2. Soak the white fungus overnight and tear it into small pieces by hand. After cooking, it will become more viscous, and the time to boil it will be faster.
