Paper Cup Passion Fruit Chiffon

Ingredients are weighed and prepared

Stir the egg yolks evenly

Add passion fruit juice and milk separately and mix well.

Sift the low flour and corn flour and stir until there are no particles.

Whip the egg whites

Add the egg whites in three portions and mix well. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 30 minutes. (Each oven is different, for reference only)

Finally, the renderings are released. (The above is rye flakes) Personally, I like the soft texture, so I usually add corn flour to the cake. If you don’t like friends, don’t add them.
