Passion Fruit Lemon Chicken Feet

Prepare the ingredients used. As shown in the picture, I divided half of the halogen and half of the bubble.

Cut the chicken feet well and set aside.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add an appropriate amount of salt, wash the chicken feet, and boil for three to five minutes.

Take the passion fruit pulp, I use frozen passion fruit pulp, and then rub the lemon with fine salt and set aside.

The cooked chicken feet were repeated three times with cold water. I prepared it with ice cubes and cold water.

Repeated soaking is to rinse off the glue on the surface and make the chicken feet more refreshing.

Then mix with lemon, passion, chili, mustard, sugar, fine salt, chicken cleansing.

Put the flavored chicken feet into a fresh-keeping bag, rub the bag while marinating the flavor until the chicken feet are evenly flavored. The marinating time should be at least one night.

The picture shows the marinated chicken feet are super flavorful.
Tips:
The seasoning should be added according to personal preference, especially mustard. Be sure to try less first and then add according to personal taste.
