Prepare ingredients

Bring water to a boil, add a little salt and a little olive oil, add a little bit of olive oil to the pasta

Boil until there are no hard cores, remove and add a little olive oil and mix well (you can use cold water several times, personal preference)

Cut beef into minced meat, dice carrots, onions, and tomatoes (you can buy corn kernels directly for corn, and I puree tomatoes by myself)

Put oil in the pot and heat it into the onion sauté pan, put the meat and stir fry

After the meat changes color, add carrots and onions and continue to fry

Add tomatoes, water to a moderate amount (you can add a proper amount of tomato paste), boil on low heat, add a little sugar, some salt, and stir fry with black pepper sauce and turn off the heat

The beautiful pasta is ready to start

The sauce can be poured directly on the pasta, or the pasta can be stir-fried directly with the sauce.
