Pasta Burger
1.
Prepare ingredients: pasta, ham, eggs, lettuce, mayonnaise and other ingredients;
2.
Boil water, add pasta and cook;
3.
Remove, let cool, add olive oil, salt and mix well;
4.
Sliced ham; wash soy sauce, remove and drain
5.
Heat the pan, pour the oil, fry the fragrant ham on low heat, and start the pan;
6.
Put a little oil in the pot, add the pasta mixed with olive oil, and drizzle the egg on top of the pasta
7.
Fry on medium and low heat until slightly yellow, add some light soy sauce, flip the other side and continue to fry until slightly yellow;
8.
The fried pasta is cut into cubes (you can cut the type you like), because the ham I bought was cut into cubes, and the noodles were cut into cubes deliberately.
9.
Cut the pasta cubes, put lettuce, fried ham, top with mayonnaise, and put in the last piece of pasta.
Tips:
1. Mix the pasta with olive oil and then fry, not only is it non-sticky, it tastes better;
2. Eggs can make the pasta stick together, if there are not too few eggs.
