Pasta with Cheese and Meat Sauce

Mince the tenderloin and prepare the ingredients.

Boil the water in a small pot, cross-cut the tomatoes, boil them in boiling water, and peel them; dice onions and mince garlic cloves.

Put the peeled tomatoes in a juicer to make juice for later use.

Boil water in another pot, cook the pasta, cook for 8 minutes, remove and set aside.

Add a little oil to the cooked noodles and mix well to prevent sticking.

Put butter in a non-stick pan to melt.

Pour in diced onion, minced garlic and fry until fragrant. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until the color changes. Add tomato juice, then add salt, sugar, tomato sauce and pepper and mix well.

Cook until bubbling.

Add the cooked pasta and mix well.

Put it on the serving plate, sprinkle the cheese sticks on the surface, and heat it in the oven until the cheese melts. I use the upper and lower layers at 180 degrees for 3 minutes.
Tips:
It's delicious to eat without cheese! I put some shredded beans in the leftover meat sauce and it was very delicious 😋.
