Pasta with Easy Sauce
1.
Pasta, onion, cucumber. Tomato sauce, oyster sauce, salt, olive oil. (Tomato sauce is not recommended).
2.
Put clear water in the pot, add a small amount of salt and pasta after the water boils, and cook until the hardness is moderate (no hard cores are enough).
3.
After the pasta is cooked, it is not recommended to use cold water, drain the water, pour some olive oil to mix the pasta (to prevent pasta sticking).
4.
In a separate pot, pour a small amount of olive oil, add onion and stir fry until it is fragrant, add tomato sauce, oyster sauce, water (you can also use the water for cooking the pasta), a small amount of salt, and cook until the sauce thickens. (According to your own taste, you can put some black pepper, sugar, etc.)
5.
In order not to waste the sauce in the pot, I simply put the pasta directly in the pot and quickly stirred it with chopsticks.
Tips:
If you like, you can add some minced garlic and saute it with onions.
Or sprinkle some minced garlic after it is out of the pot, and use the remaining temperature to add garlic.
