This pasta is specially made for my husband, who loves hard pasta. He didn't want to eat meat for these two days. Thinking that he likes the taste of basil, I made green sauce. I like the taste of green sauce. Although I don't like hard noodles, I still ate a plate. The taste of basil is relatively strong. This kind of aromatic vegetables is not liked by everyone, but as long as you like basil, you will definitely like green sauce.

Pasta with Green Sauce

1. Cut the basil a bit. Celery is also chopped and is no longer in the picture.

2. Put all the chopped celery, basil, and garlic into the cooking machine cup

3. Italian vanilla I use dry, add a small spoon of Italian vanilla

4. Add salt and crushed black pepper

5. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon

6. Add a tablespoon of cheese powder

7. Add olive oil

8. Break it with a food processor

9. I forgot to relax, and finally joined. Pine nuts should also be put in and whipped together in advance

10. The whipped green sauce is set aside

11. Put a little salt and olive oil in the boiling water, add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes, remove and set aside. Noodles cooked with salt and oil will not stick and are more chewy

12. Saute the onion and minced garlic in a wok with the right amount of olive oil

13. Put the pasta and stir fry for about a minute

14. Turn off the heat and put in an appropriate amount of green sauce

15. Just mix evenly

16. Decorate with small tomatoes and asparagus when serving

Tips:

If you make too much green sauce at one time, you can pack it in a sealed glass bottle, put it in the refrigerator, and eat it within 2 days
