The rich milky aroma accompanied by the sweetness of mushrooms, this bowl of pasta is a classic in Western restaurants.

Pasta with Mushrooms and Bacon

1. Cut the bacon into chunks.

2. Wash the onion and cut into small pieces.

3. Soak the mushrooms in clean water for half an hour, scrub them and slice them.

4. Chop the garlic into minced pieces, and chop it as thinly as possible to make it more fragrant when cooked.

5. Bring the water to a boil, add a spoonful of salt, cook the pasta for 10 minutes, cook until the pasta is cooked through, remove the water and set aside.

6. Melt butter on low heat.

7. Add minced garlic and saute.

8. Pour in onion and bacon, stir fry until the edges are slightly yellowed.

9. Pour the mushrooms into the mouth and fry until the color changes and becomes soft.

10. Add two tablespoons of flour and stir well to make the white sauce thicker.

11. Pour in the cream and milk, add a spoonful of salt and pepper, and fry until the sauce thickens.

12. Pour in the pasta cooked before, stir-fry evenly, and cook for another two minutes.

Tips:

The bacon and onion must be sautéed first before adding the mushrooms. The mushrooms will be watery when they are fried.
