I have eaten a lot of pasta. I think the taste of my own cooking is super good. I have several friends and I want to make it. I have always wanted to introduce this simple and delicious pumpkin pasta to them. Today I finally overcome my laziness to record this recipe.

Pasta with Pumpkin and Ham

1. Prepare materials

2. Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add the pasta and two tablespoons of salt to a medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes. You can control the time according to your own preference.

3. While cooking the noodles, dice the pumpkin and ham, and mince garlic and onion

4. Take out the cooked noodles and mix in two tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of seafood soy sauce

5. Heat in another pot, add appropriate amount of vegetable oil, and fry the garlic and onion until fragrant

6. Add diced pumpkin and stir fry over medium-low heat

7. Add diced ham, stir fry, add curry powder, black pepper, white pepper and fry

8. Pour the red wine, stir fry evenly, and cook on low heat

9. Cook until the pumpkin is cooked through, add pasta sauce or tomato sauce and chopped basil leaves and stir fry

10. Turn off the heat after the soup is thick

11. Pour the sauce on the pasta

12. Grate cheese shreds and decorate with mint leaves
