Pasta with Red Mushrooms

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, cut the tomatoes into small cubes, and cut the beef into minced meat. Mince the shallots and garlic for later use.

Butter melts in the wok

Saute the chopped green onions and stir-fry the minced meat to change color.

Add sliced mushrooms and stir fry.

Add the diced tomatoes to the mushrooms a few times.

Add two teaspoons of black pepper sauce and two tablespoons of tomato sauce to the minced garlic.

Add the sauce of step ⑥ into the wok and stir fry. If the soup is less, you can add a little water. The sauce should be boiled a little, about 5 minutes.

The spaghetti is cooked in a skillet until there is no hard core, about 7 minutes or so.

Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce. If there is a lot of soup, you can stir-fry for a few times to reduce the juice slightly.
Tips:
The green onions here should be small onions, but Xie'er doesn’t have them at home. Onions and butter will be very fragrant in a pot.
