Pasta with Tomato Bisque

Wash and dice the onion.

Cut potatoes into small pieces, and dice ham and carrots.

Cross the tomatoes with a knife, throw them into boiling water and cook for two minutes, pick them up, peel them and cut them into cubes.

Boil the spaghetti in boiling water for three minutes, pick up and set aside.

Pour oil in the pan, add onion and stir fragrant when the oil is hot.

Stir onion until slightly yellow, add diced tomatoes and stir fry.

Pour the remaining potatoes, ham, and carrots together and stir fry for two minutes.

Pour a large bowl of water to submerge the ingredients, add tomato sauce, salt, sugar, and chicken essence to taste.

Cover the pot and simmer for three minutes.
10.
Crush the diced tomatoes with a spatula, pour in the pasta and stir fry until the soup thickens.
Tips:
You can add a little salt to the water when cooking the pasta to make the pasta more delicious.
