My daughter likes to drink soup and also likes to eat corn, so this pork rib soup with corn and carrots is often made, and I like it very much every time a small customer comes. "

Pastoral Pork Ribs Soup

1. Raw material diagram.

2. Wash the ribs and blanch them in the pot.

3. Cut corn and carrots into small pieces.

4. Remove the blanched ribs and set aside.

5. Put the ribs, corn and carrots in an electric cooker, add boiling water (cold water is also possible), add appropriate amount of green onion knot and ginger, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a few drops of vinegar, and simmer on high heat.

6. Depending on the saucepan, the stewing time is different. I usually add boiling water and stew it for 1.5 hours and adjust the salt.

7. If you can't finish it at one time, you can put it in a fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for quick freezing. When it is not cooking the soup, take it out and thaw it and bring it to a boil.
