Pastoral Stir-fry

1. Dice the tenderloin, diced the squid, diced the chicken, and rinse the shrimp. Add pepper and salt, cooking wine, starch sizing to the bottom of the three ingredients, and set aside the squid in water.

Tips:

It is suggested that chestnuts and corn kernels are raw, so add water and microwave them to cook, or you can cook them with water. When the ingredients are sizing, add a little salt to form a bottom, it is just right to put 2 grams of salt when cooking, and adjust it according to personal preference.
