Pastoral Tofu Soup

Raw materials are ready;

Wash carrots, broccoli and kelp and cut into small cubes;

Tofu is mashed, pressed into a puree, and seasoned with appropriate amount of salt;

Beat the eggs

Pour the egg liquid into the tofu, and pour the rice wine;

Mix well and flatten;

Put it in a steamer, turn to medium and low heat and steam for 10 minutes after boiling;

While steaming the tofu, add broccoli, kelp and carrots in another pot with oil and fry until seasoned with salt and chicken essence;
9.
Add water starch to thicken to make a juice;
10.
Pour the sauce on the surface of the steamed tofu while it is hot, drip with sesame oil and serve.
Tips:
1. When steaming tofu, just use medium and small fire to steam;
2. The ingredients used in the sauce can be freely matched according to personal taste and season.
