Patterned Pumpkin Buns

Prepare raw materials: flour, yeast powder, sugar, pumpkin puree.

Add yeast powder and sugar in the flour bowl.

Add an appropriate amount of pumpkin puree.

Add an appropriate amount of water. If you can't grasp the amount of water, you can increase it slowly.

Mix the dough from step 4 into a dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in warm water for 1 hour in a steamer.

After 1 hour, the dough will rise. Knead the fermented dough and vent it.

Divide the dough into 3 portions, knead each into long cylinders, and then cut into uniform size green embryos.

All the raw steamed buns are cut.

Use a kitchen knife to slowly cut out a flower knife on the surface of the raw embryo of the steamed bun.

Brush a layer of corn oil on the steamer, and put on the steamed buns. Steam in a pot on cold water for 20 minutes.
12.
After the steamed buns are steamed, remove the lid in a few minutes. The steamed buns are served and can be eaten after a while.
Tips:
When it's cold, the dough can be fermented in a steamer.
