Pea Jelly
1.
Put 1 bowl of pea flour in a basin

Take one of the 6 bowls of water to stir up the pea flour

Bring the remaining 5 bowls of water to a boil

When the water is boiled, turn to low heat, pour in the pea flour paste, stir while adding

Keep heating on low heat, stirring until the pea flour is thick and transparent

Pour into the crisper

After allowing to cool, put the lid on and refrigerate until solidified

Take out and cut into pieces

Sprinkle with spicy oil, cucumber, and crispy peanuts, and then drizzle with a spoonful of light soy sauce. You shed tears while eating. It's delicious! !
Tips:
The ratio of pea flour to water is 1:6. The jelly made in this way is more tender, and 1:5 is fine. It is harder when it is made~~
