Pea Jelly
1.
Prepare materials
2.
Dilute pea starch with 100 grams of water and stir without particles.
3.
Put the remaining 500 grams of water into the pot to boil, pour in the water starch and quickly stir to prevent sticking to the pot until all the transparent white disappears, and it is already cooked.
4.
Pour the batter into the container and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. (Time can be controlled by yourself, as long as it is solidified)
5.
While refrigerating the jelly, shred the cucumber and mince the garlic. Take a small bowl and adjust the required seasoning in proportion.
6.
Take out the solidified jelly and slice or cut into strips as you like.
7.
Put the chopped jelly on the plate and drizzle with the seasoning.
Tips:
The seasoning can be matched according to your own preferences. If you like spicy food, you can add some spicy oil. Adding some peanuts will have a better effect.
