Pea Milk Soup
1.
Peel off the shells of fresh peas, wash them, and drain the water for later use. Milk can be used directly with pure milk, or can be brewed with milk powder.
2.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, pour the peas, and cook for 15 minutes with the cooking key.
3.
After 15 minutes, the peas have been cooked, use a spoon to remove them, dry water and put them in the wall breaker.
4.
Pour the milk into the wall breaker.
5.
Close the lid and beat into a fine mashed peas. Add 1-2 spoons of honey, stir well, and serve. Drink the pea soup while it is still hot. The taste and texture are better.
Tips:
The peas are cooked in advance, and they are made into a soup together with milk. The taste is delicate and there is no raw taste. Even picky eaters will also like it.
It is recommended that you use a wall-breaking machine. The power of the wall-breaking machine is relatively high. It doesn't take much to add milk, so that the peas paste will be thicker.
