A bowl of noodles worth trying, I don’t know if you’ve tried it and will also like the taste.

Pea Noodles

1. Soak the peas overnight.

2. Cook for 30 minutes until cooked.

3. Pour oil in a hot pan, add sliced ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

4. Add the bean paste.

5. Add minced meat and stir well.

6. Add peas, light soy sauce, and sugar and stir well.

7. Add appropriate amount of water and chicken essence to boil, turn off the heat.

8. Take another pot and pour hot water to cook the noodles.

9. Put it in water and cool it down.

10. Remove and drain the water, put it in a bowl, and drizzle with the cooked toppings.
