Pea Tip Mushroom Pork Rib Soup

Break the pork bones into a pot under cold water, add cooking wine, green onions, boil off the froth and turn to medium heat and simmer for more than 1 hour

Turn to high heat, bring the soup to a boil, add the washed oyster mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes

Turn off the heat, add in the picked and washed peas tips, then add some salt and mix well.
