Ingredients

Pea Yolk Puree

1. 100 grams of beans in a bowl, 1 egg, 50 grams of rice;

2. Wash the rice and soak for two hours for later use;

3. Wash the bowl of beans and beat them into a slurry with a mixer;

4. The eggs are cooked to get yellow and pound into a puree;

5. Pour the rice into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, pour in the bean paste and cook until semi-mushy, then stir in the egg yolk and cook for 5 minutes.

Tips:

Precautions:
Without a blender, peas can be steamed in a pot and then mashed into puree.
