Peach Blossom Cake

Separate the yolk and egg white.

Mix 65 grams of water, 30 grams of oil, 20 grams of sugar, and sift into the low powder.

Pour the melted gelatin water into the yogurt and stir evenly, pour it into the mold with the cake, and put it in the refrigerator for two hours.

Rinse the cherry blossoms with water, and soak up the moisture with kitchen paper.

Then melt 8 grams of gelatine powder into water, pour it into the Sprite, mix well, gently pour it on top of the yogurt, and finally put the cleaned cherry blossoms on it for decoration, and refrigerate it for one hour before serving.
