Peach Crisp

Prepare the ingredients.

Combine vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and half of the whole egg liquid (the remaining half of the egg liquid is used for brushing).

Stir until fully incorporated and the sugar melts.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder.

Stir to form a dough.

Each group is divided into the same size, and the shape is pressed out with a moon cake mold.

Brush with a layer of egg wash.

Stick some black sesame seeds in the middle.

After the oven is preheated, the middle layer is baked at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes.

Seal and store if you can't finish it.
Tips:
1. If there is no mold, it can be flattened by hand.
2. The time and temperature of the oven can be adjusted flexibly according to the oven.
3. All-purpose flour is the flour we usually eat.
