Peach Crisp

Brush the surface with half of the egg, and mix the vegetable oil, beaten egg liquid, and white sugar into a uniform shape.

Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda evenly, and sieve

Pour the flour into the vegetable oil mixture in the first step

Pour the chopped walnuts into the flour and mix well

Knead the mixture into a dough

Divide the dough into twelve equal parts, take a small piece of dough and knead it into small balls

Flatten the small balls, put them in a baking tray, and brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface

Bake in the preheated oven, middle layer, 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, and bake until the surface is golden brown.
