I like to eat bird's nest. I have a bird's nest factory in Indonesia, so I often make it. If you like the first-hand source of Indonesian bird's nest, add v: Doris_Home price is very beautiful~

Peach Gum and Cranberry Bird's Nest

1. Take a bird's nest and soak for about 5 hours.

2. Tear the bird's nest into small strips after soaking.

3. After tearing it into strips, pick the hairs and gently rub the small hairs inside the bird's nest to come out.

4. The peach gum needs to be soaked for 12 hours (about one night). Then pick impurities to clean and rinse.

5. Prepare the bird's nest and peach glue.

6. Put the Yansi into the stewing pot.

7. Then put the peach gum into the stewing pot and sprinkle with dried cranberry.

8. Cover the stewing pot so that the water covers your waist. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30-40 minutes on low heat.

9. Finally, add rock sugar 10 minutes before boiling. (Sugar stewed bird's nest will easily melt into water) It's ready to be eaten after a while.
