Peach Gum, Barley and Red Bean Soup

Soak the peach gum and make it well, wash it off

Barley soaks well
3.
Soak red beans overnight

Put the barley and red beans in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Change to low heat

Add peach gum after cooking for 30 minutes
6.
Add rock sugar and cook for another 20 minutes
Tips:
If you don’t want the peach gum to be too soft, shorten the cooking time
