Peach Gum Milk Sago
1.
Peach gum, half a bowl of water, rock sugar, put it in the stewing pot and simmer for 45 minutes, take it out for use (If you don’t have a stew pot, you can also cook it in a pot, but the proportion of water should be large to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot)
2.
Boil the water, pour the sago until the sago is translucent, add the stewed peach gum, add a small amount of rock sugar, and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3.
After turning off the heat, don’t pour them out immediately, let them bake in the pot for 10 minutes before they can be eaten.
4.
After serving the peach gum sago in a bowl, add milk directly to eat
5.
Recommend this pure milk, the taste is very smooth and the milk is very pure
Tips:
1. Keep in mind that the sago does not need to be soaked in cold water in advance, which will cause the sago to become pasted and unable to form. Pour directly into boiling water and cook.
2. The peach gum picked by the farmer, with small impurities, is available for sale in the small hall, and friends who are interested are welcome to buy it in the hall~
