Peach Gum Snow Swallow White Fungus Soup

Soak hair peach gum, snow swallow. Soak peach gum for 12-15 hours. The volume of these two things after soaking is very large, so there is no need to soak too much. Both peach gum and snow swallow were bought in TB. Peach gum, commonly known as peach tears, has the effects of lowering blood fat and anti-wrinkle.

Snow swallows soak for 15-20 hours. Snow swallows look like bird's nest after soaking hair, and the volume after soaking is large. Snow swallows are also very effective, anti-cancer, beauty and so on.

It looks like after 18 hours of soaking.

The bubble is finished. Note that the peach gum and snow swallow should be soaked for 5 hours and then the water should be changed several times. I did this 4 times, picking out the dirty stuff from peach gum and Xueyan. Hold for spare. Soak the lily for 1 hour.

Tremella soaks for 1-2 hours. It is best to choose snow fungus, which produces better glue and is softer. After soaking the hair, remove the knot underneath and tear off the small pieces by hand. The small pieces are better to be glued. I personally prefer thicker ones.

Since I forgot to take a picture of the cooking, I just replaced the previous one, mainly depending on the steps. The ratio of white fungus to water is 1:2. After boiling on high heat, change to medium heat. After cooking for 15-20 minutes, add peach gum and stir. Add rock sugar, lily, red dates, and wolfberry for about 30 minutes, and continue stirring. I feel that the consistency is what I want. 10 minutes before the pan is prepared, add the snow swallow and stir, 10 minutes later, the pan is complete ✌

This dessert is my favorite. Cheap, affordable and delicious! Do it every week.
Note: The snow swallows should not be put too early, they will melt if they cook for too long. Just leave it 10 minutes before it is out of the pan, and turn off the heat after boiling for 10 minutes.
