Peach Spinach

Peel fresh walnuts and set aside.

Choose to wash fresh spinach.

Chop the garlic and cut the dried chili into sections.

Put the walnuts in a hot water pot and blanch them for one minute, and remove the cold water.

Boil the spinach in a pot of boiling water for one minute, then remove the cold to control the water.

Tips:
Blanch fresh walnut kernels, and roast old walnut kernels.
Do not blanch the spinach too much, or it will affect the taste.
