Peacock Cold Noodles

Wash cucumbers, tomatoes and chives.

The tomatoes are changed to a flower knife, and the cucumbers are shredded. Set the shape on the plate.

Chives, chopped green onions.

The cooked cold noodles (cold noodles mixed in the afternoon are usually cooked at noon, but cold water is best to let them cool). Put them in a basin, mix in light soy sauce, MSG, vinegar, sesame chili oil and mix well.
