Peanut and Red Date Pork Rib Soup
1.
Wash the ribs and soak the peanuts for 2 hours in advance
2.
Put the pork ribs into the pot with cold water, cut the ginger into pieces, add the cooking wine and boil it, boil it in boiling water for another two minutes, remove it and clean it.
3.
Put the ribs, red dates, and peanuts in a casserole, add water to submerge the ribs, add the re-cut ginger cubes and 10 peppercorns, boil and turn to low heat for 3-4 hours
4.
Add salt ten minutes before cooking, and sprinkle a little black pepper at the end.
Tips:
1. Adding a little pepper to the soup can not only remove the meaty smell but also add fragrance;
2. Add salt at the end of the stew. Adding salt too early will coagulate the protein in the meat and make the meat old.
