Peanut and Red Date Soup with Chicken Feet

After cutting off the toenails, wash the chicken feet, soak them in clean water to remove the blood, change the water several times, if the time is not enough, you can blanch once; wash peanuts and red dates for later use; wash and slice ginger

Add water to the ceramic pot, add chicken feet and ginger slices

Bring to a boil. If there is any scum, leave it out

Put in peanuts and dates

Cover the lid and simmer slowly for about 1 and a half hours
6.
Add the salt ten minutes before turning off the heat
